Yes, we do allow outside catering. We do not have a caterer on site, but can provide a list of vendors that have catered events at Fritz Farm. Your caterer must coordinate with Fritz Farm specific needs and requirements as the farm does not have a commercial kitchen. All events must be catered by a professional catering company.
Yes, we do. You are welcome to supply alcohol for your event. However, your caterer must have licensed and insured bartenders and you will be required to sign a waiver AND/OR obtain and provide a 1 day host liquor event liability policy naming wedding party AND Fritz Farm as insured. (This is an easy and very affordable policy). You can obtain this policy from your current insurance company or with one that we are familiar with.

Fritz Farm allows service dogs only.

You can book your wedding or event up to 18 months in advance with a deposit and signed contract.

Easy, just send us an email or call and we will find a time convenient for all parties involved. Tours are by appointment only.
See our package deals that describe the use of property. Typically you will need a full weekend if you are considering a Saturday wedding. Friday for set up & rehearsal. Saturday for the big event and Sunday for clean-up and vendor pick up. You can arrive any time after 12 P.M. on Friday and you must leave by 12 P.M. on Sunday.
Tables and chairs/benches for up to 150 are included in our rental fee. Our tables are a mixture of farm style tables and round tables. The chairs and benches are mix match farm chairs and farm style benches. We do not provide linens.
Yes, the bridal cottage can sleep up to 4 max and the grooms loft up to 6 max. We reserve these spaces for the immediate bridal party and/or family. The weekend price includes overnight in the cottage and barn loft for Friday night and Saturday night with checkout at noon on Sunday. You are required to bring your own toiletry items. Fritz Farm provides bath and bed linens, paper products for the bath and kitchen.
Yes, we can recommend one day event planners that will be on site the day of your wedding if you do not have one retained. This is not included in our package price and will be priced according to your specific needs.
All caterers are responsible for clean up after their service. No food or beverage can be left behind. The Fritz Farm staff is responsible for managing the trash bins during your weekend event however, we do not provide ‘maid’ service.

 

All décor provided by you or your event planner must be removed from the farm by noon on Sunday, unless special arrangements have been made with event planners. Example: Tent removal typically rolls over to Monday. All tents and other rented items must be removed by noon on Monday.
Yes, children are welcome, but should be supervised at all times.
